What is your memorable East-Meet-West moment? My most memorable East-Meet-West moment was being born and raised in Canada within a Asian household. Growing up, I had faced many obstacles in adjusting both the Asian culture at home and Western culture outside. Hence, I worked hard to gain fluency in languages including Mandarin and Cantonese so that the Asian culture I was inherited with does not fade away in my generation. One thing that has significantly grown in me was having the abundance to appreciate and to love the culture I was surrounded in.
